Have you ever considered leaving your legacy – platform that is? This week at the ECRM Branded Pharmaceuticals event in Chicago, IL, our team will be talking a lot about the benefits of leaving behind your legacy platform and making the switch to informed applications. Many of our customers have made the switch from legacy platforms in order to manage their buyer/seller relationships more effectively and encourage proactive collaboration.
So, what does this exactly mean you may be asking yourself? A leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer found themselves using several disparate systems to handle channel data management, distribution agreement scorecarding, and order management. These inefficient systems made using channel data for informed decision-making very difficult and the risk of error in agreements and order management were very high. After making the move to DNA, the manufacturer was not only able to move all of these processes into one collaborative system, they also were able to process more than $690 million in orders with zero errors, improve service level above 99%, realize an annual system and IT savings of $500,000, and essentially grow the business a full 1%.
