Kevin co-founded IntegriChain in 2006 and has grown the company into a leading multinational enterprise that helps pharmaceutical manufacturers transform access from strategy to operational execution. As Chief Executive Officer, Kevin is responsible for corporate management and leadership, strategic planning, organizing, and coordination of the executive management team. Prior to IntegriChain, he spent 20 years building and launching software and services companies in the financial services, petroleum and pharmaceutical industries, including initial public offerings (IPOs). He has authored six books on Unix, the Internet and Java and has spoken at conferences and seminars around the world. Kevin serves as an Advisory Board Member of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania and as a Mentor with Dreamit Ventures. He is also a member of the Iowa State University Physics Advisory Council. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in physics from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration in international business and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
With more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, data, and analytics, Josh Halpern is responsible for IntegriChain’s day-to-day operations including its Managed Services, Data Products, and Professional Services organizations. He focuses on driving alignment across the company’s operations, its go-to-market strategy and teams, and its technology organization and roadmaps. Previously, Josh served as Executive Vice President of Product and Strategy for IntegriChain, responsible for the commercial and product strategy of the company. From IntegriChain’s founding in 2006 through its initial venture capital-backed growth, Josh led the development of IntegriChain’s market leading channel and patient data aggregation solutions. Following the company’s partnership with Accel KKR in 2016, Josh worked with IntegriChain’s Board and leadership team to create a drug commercialization services company and technology platform uniquely focused on Market Access. Josh has been a key leader in four successful acquisitions and their integration within the IntegriChain business and IntegriChain’s ICyte technology platform. In that time, the company has grown to more than 500 team members and 250 customers. Prior to co-founding IntegriChain, Josh served as Vice President of Business Development at Internet Crimes Group, where he spearheaded the company’s transformation into an Internet data mining platform that worked closely with pharmaceutical industry leaders during the counterfeit drug scare of the early 2000s. Josh is a frequent industry speaker and author on data-driven strategies for patient access and therapy commercialization. He earned his bachelor's degree at Princeton University.
Bill Roth, a recognized expert on business model development in healthcare, leads the Blue Fin Group consulting company under the IntegriChain umbrella. Bill founded Blue Fin in 2001 and grew the organization into a leading access and commercialization management consulting firm. For more than 25 years, he has helped both start-ups and industry leaders improve patient care, financial health, and the strategic direction of their organizations. His unique experience, skillset, and knowledge has been built by working directly with almost every type of business model across the pharmaceutical industry. As a highly sought-after thought leader, Bill is often cited by market researchers and analysts for his accurate predictions of future trends. He speaks frequently at industry conferences and was featured on the cover of Pharmaceutical Commerce in January 2016 as a leader in the sector. Prior to founding Blue Fin, Bill spent nearly 10 years at Cardinal Health in management and executive roles. He earned a BS in business administration from Saint Michael’s College.
Darren Weiss is responsible for the company’s finance and accounting, administration, IT, and strategic planning. Over the past 20+ years, Darren has held various finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to IntegriChain, Darren was the CFO of a UK plc. He has wide ranging experience in fundraising via public and private investors and through various debt instruments as well as mergers and acquisitions including five acquisitions to date for IntegriChain. Darren began his career in public accounting with experience in KPMG’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice based in Philadelphia. Darren holds a BS in Accounting from Syracuse University and earned his CPA in Pennsylvania.
As CTO, Brad Burget drives the technology innovation for IntegriChain with accountability for the company’s Product, Engineering, PMO, and technical shared services to deliver value to our customers. Brad delivers the vision and is an evangelist for IntegriChain’s unified ICyte Platform for Market Access to customers and key stakeholders. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at IntegriChain, responsible for Customer Operations, Data Operations, and Technical Operations. Brad delivers more than 25 years of experience in product management and engineering in the life sciences and technology industries, leading large development teams as companies scaled to the next level. Throughout his career, he drove leading-edge analytics technology selection and integration, creating best-in-class analytics platforms. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Brad’s experience included leading the product innovation center at Element Financial/PHH, concentrating on delivering leading-edge predictive analytics and big data analysis for a Fortune 500 company. Previously he successfully led Product, Engineering, and the Professional Services Organization through significant and complex growth at Basys, a leading software-as-a-service provider for the life sciences market. Prior to Basys, he led Product, Engineering and Professional Services at Element Financial/PHH. Brad has multiple Product Management, Agile, and Project Management certifications and earned a BS degree in Physics from Iowa State University.
Vickie Kozhushchenko leads IntegriChain’s global People and Culture organization, including talent acquisition, organization and talent development, and people operations. Her primary focus is on continuous development of company culture, aligning the company’s people strategy with its business drivers, and coaching and partnership with senior leaders. She delivers more than 25 years of global HR experience, including senior executive roles at Clean Earth, Aramark, Turner Broadcasting System, Comcast, and Coordinated Health as well as extensive acquisition integration experience. Her expertise is in engineering and re-engineering business processes, development of comprehensive talent management strategies, evaluation and implementation of human capital management systems, and the analysis and improvement of organizational systems through customized training, development, and coaching programs. Vickie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jeff Lee leads IntegriChain's sales organization including national and precommercial accounts. Previously, he led the Life Sciences practice at Cumberland Consulting Group, a leading outsourced services and consulting firm, which was acquired by IntegriChain in 2020. With more than two decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, Jeff is a subject matter expert in commercial and government contracting, including chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid and government pricing. In 2007, he founded Mindlance Life Sciences, which merged with Cumberland in 2013. Previously, Jeff served in leadership roles at Edge Dynamics and I-many. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
Sean Downey leads IntegriChain's global Managed Services operation. Previously, he led the Life Sciences Outsourced service practice at Cumberland Consulting Group, a leading outsourced services and consulting firm, which was acquired by IntegriChain in 2020. With more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical contracting and compliance, Sean focuses on helping Life Sciences manufacturers establish and enhance effective business and technical operations to manage government-driven programs including Medicaid, SPAP, Medicare, 340b VA and Tricare. Previously, he served as Managing Partner for Mindlance, as Senior Manager of Technical Services at I-many, and held senior engineering and operations positions in the chemical and paper industries. Sean earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
Gary Palgon is responsible for leading IntegriChain’s sales and customer success organizations. He is a subject matter expert on cloud-based solutions, security/compliance, and analytics across healthcare and life sciences and other industry verticals. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Gary was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Liaison Technology. At Liaison, he was responsible for rapid sales growth in providing enterprise integration and management of patient and supply chain data as a cloud-based service and drove the company’s M&A and integration initiatives. Previously he served in multiple executive roles at nuBridges, Geac, and several start-up organizations and was responsible for new product and technology introductions in the respective marketplaces. Gary earned a BS in Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Florida.
Sarah Starr is responsible for IntegriChain's Professional Services group, which includes Advisory, the Channel and Patient Practice, ICyte Applications Implementation, and Systems Integration. Previously, she was Vice President of Customer Success for the company. Sarah is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in customer success and client services, including more than 10 years in key leadership positions. Most recently, she was Director of Client Services, Professional Services for iPipeline (a Thoma Bravo company), where she was responsible for senior customer relationships and software delivery for Fortune 500 clients and smaller enterprises. Prior to joining iPipeline, Sarah served as Head of Operations for Pepperjam (formerly eBay), where she led seven M&A and exit transactions in a single year. Previously, she was a member of the eBay leadership team, serving in a number of executive positions including Global Separation Lead for eCommerce Divestiture – Marketing and Vice President of Client Delivery Operations. She also served as Vice President of Client Services for TrueAction, a GSI Commerce Company, prior to its acquisition by eBay. Sarah earned a BA from Ursinus College.
Sachin Sadekar leads IntegriChain’s India operations, including Engineering, Product Management, and Managed Services. With more than 25 years of experience, Sadekar is a seasoned technology and managed services executive with significant Life Sciences experience. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Sadekar served as Associate Vice President of Life Sciences Delivery for Cognizant where he led a team of 8,000 professionals and successfully delivered digital transformation journeys including cloud transformations that leveraged data and analytics for Life Sciences manufacturers. Previously, he was Global Delivery Head at Wipro Technologies, leading a team of more than 5,000 and focused on delivering cloud technologies, analytics, automation, and digital engineering. Earlier in his career, he served at NuTech Consulting and Infosys. Sadekar was graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and is a Certified Program Manager from Stanford University.
