IntegriChain to Offer New Bonus Hands-On Training Track at IntegriChain User Conference

Leading healthcare channel management software company offers live training on best practices to proactively build a collaborative, data-driven channel

INT_Summit2015_vertical_v2Philadelphia, PA – June 10, 2015 – IntegriChain, a rapidly growing cloud company focused on channel management for healthcare suppliers, today announced a bonus hands-on Training Track at its annual IntegriChain User Conference, October 19-21 in Baltimore. Two options are available for Track Training: Small Group Training and Company-Specific Training. Both sessions will be held on Monday, October 19. The full agenda for the 2015 IntegriChain User Conference has been published on the IntegriChain website, and registration is now open.

IntegriChain’s Track Training is ideal for new users in Trade and Operations who will be responsible for running specific IntegriChain modules or for producing reports from IntegriChain to their broader organizations; for National Account Managers and Pharmacy Marketing Managers who have been tasked with making deeper and broader use of the channel data and need to understand how to interpret key channel data assets and how to quickly navigate to the insights they need in the IntegriChain Cloud; and for Finance/Gross-to-Net team members who are less familiar with IntegriChain but have been asked by their Trade teams to become more self sufficient in pulling key inventory data sets out of the IntegriChain system.

Small Group Training
IntegriChain will lead this Training Track in small groups of users – utilizing IntegriChain Demand Visibility live – and will focus on:

  • How to use and interpret each of the best practice reports in IntegriChain Demand Visibility
  • How to interpret the different deciles and stocking statuses in the IntegriChain Pharmacy enhanced dataset
  • How the different channels, classes of trade, and parent hierarchies in the IntegriChain National and Subnational datasets are defined
  • How to use the query builder and pivot/re-query functionality of IntegriChain Demand Visibility’s ad hoc tool
  • How to share queries with other users
  • How to schedule email distribution of queries
  • How to interpret the information reported in the Data Quality Cockpit

Company-Specific Training
IntegriChain will offer training for individual companies on a first-come, first-serve basis. Companies interested in this training program should contact IntegriChain sales. This focused training will be tailored to the specific IntegriChain modules used by the individual company, including:

  • How to use newly released or less frequently used features in IntegriChain Scorecard, including contracts, exclusions, overrides, and adjustments
  • How to interpret IntegriChain Signals emails
  • How to tune IntegriChain Signals to match specific business objectives in your product portfolio
  • How to manage configurations in IntegriChain Order Management
  • How to interpret contextual reports in IntegriChain Order Management and drive to better decisions on individual order lines
  • How to use Chargeback Validation to identify missing reverse chargebacks
  • How to optimize the company’s use of the Pharmacy Stocking Dashboard, comparing current use to best practices and identifying opportunities to improve

The IntegriChain User Conference
The 2015 IntegriChain User Conference will be held October 19-21 at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. This year’s agenda highlights healthcare manufacturer peer insight panels, offering healthcare manufacturers the ability learn best-in-class strategies to advance their knowledge around increasing channel efficiencies including:

  • Building a data-driven healthcare channel
  • Making channel collaboration a reality
  • Proactively improving the efficiency of how healthcare products reach customers
  • Delivering big data channel insights to manufacturers and their trading partners
  • PLUS: the best opportunity to network with professional peers

New this year is a bonus training track that allows customers live, hands-on training to explore best practice reports and analytics. Lora Cecere, founder of the research firm Supply Chain Insights and author of Supply Chain Metrics that Matter, will keynote the conference on Tuesday, October 20. The full agenda for the 2015 IntegriChain User Conference has been published on the IntegriChain website, registration is now open, and hotel discounts are available.
