IntegriChain Strengthens Operations Leadership Team to Maximize Customer Value from Life Sciences Channel Data Aggregation, Applications, and Analytics Offerings

Deep Trade and Pharma Expertise and Operations Expansion to Improve Customer Efficiencies in Delivering Products to Patients

O’Neal’s appointment is part of a significant expansion and realignment in IntegriChain’s Operations team to heighten process improvement that maximizes customer value of the company’s data aggregation, applications, and analytics for life sciences manufacturers.

O’Neal spent the last year as Managing Partner of 12th Union Group, a boutique consulting firm. Prior to her consulting experience, she spent more than four years in leadership of Operations, Trade Services, and Analytics at Galderma, a global leader in medical solutions for skin health. Previously, she served 12 years at UPS in various Marketing and Data Services leadership roles. In her new Customer Operations role at IntegriChain, O’Neal will oversee all inbound and outbound customer communications and tracking, application support and administration, usage planning and Customer Success Management execution, quarterly business reviews, data investigations, and Level I and II support.

In addition to this appointment, IntegriChain expanded and realigned its Operations, comprising the new Customer Operations team under O’Neal’s leadership, a new Data Factory Operations team, Data Pipeline Operations, Project Management Operations, and Professional Services. The newly formed Data Factory Operations team will focus on process improvement and is responsible for all aspects of IntegriChain’s day- to-day data monitoring and administration, overseeing and approving all factory changes, Master Data Management, base data (852, 867, EXF, 844, 849, and 180) production and QA, and enriched data data production and QA.

Data Pipeline Operations is responsible for IntegriChain’s existing data pipeline as well as its infrastructure innovation strategy to scale and support the data volumes necessary to continue to evolve the IntegriChain healthcare channel management platform, allowing healthcare manufacturers to efficiently utilize large and diverse data sets to gain business insight from the channel. The Project Management Operations team will continue to lead customer and product onboarding and internal and external project management. Professional Services and Advanced Analytics will lead custom report development and a growing array of professional services offerings as well as IntegriChain Inventory Retail enriched data offering and benchmark and returns analog data.
