Our ICyte Platform is Pharma’s data and application backbone for patient access and therapy commercialization. ICyte utilizes exciting cloud and AWS, data science, and analytics technologies, and we are always exploring new and innovative breakthroughs to improve our platform and deliver value to our customers.
Throughout the year, our Software and Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, and anyone with a desire to innovate use 12 hours and unlimited resources to build whatever they want. Let the games begin.
Keeping the Lines of Communication Open
We talk and communicate with each other a lot because the best ideas come through collaboration. We think it’s one of our keys to success as a team and organization. For questions, concerns, and just catching up, all leaders and managers have an open door policy, which is pretty easy in an open-floorplan and highly remote environment. We also have a company-wide annual meeting to share company results and plan for the future as well as monthly company-wide update meetings. We make sure our team has the technologies to keep in touch: Zoom, best-in-class hybrid
meetings, shared Google Docs and virtual whiteboards, a robust Slack environment for personal and professional connections.
