Forging Industry Expertise for Career Advancement
Our Market Access University program is a comprehensive curriculum designed for new college graduates, our customer-facing teams, and the full IntegriChain team at large to expand knowledge and expertise of the critical role that the Market Access function – the ability to get medicines and therapies into the hands of patients in need – plays in the Pharmaceutical industry. Our curriculum spans industry topics including the economics, the ecosystem, applications, data, and business processes of market access in the Pharmaceutical industry as well as real-world use cases and data and analytics.

Keeping the Lines of Communication Open
We talk and communicate with each other a lot because the best ideas come through collaboration. We think it’s one of our keys to success as a team and organization. For questions, concerns, and just catching up, all leaders and managers have an open door policy, which is pretty easy in an open-floorplan and highly remote environment. We also have a company-wide annual meeting to share company results and plan for the future as well as monthly company-wide update meetings. We make sure our team has the technologies to keep in touch: best-in-class virtual and hybrid meetings, document collaboration and virtual whiteboards, and a robust messaging environment for personal and professional connections.

Giving Back
We aim our IntegriChain Cares philanthropic activities at organizations dedicated to overcoming economic and racial challenges. Charitable and volunteering activities for the team include the week-long Tech Gives Back program, Life Sciences Cares, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the American Cancer Society, Philabundance in Philadelphia, and others. And the company has adopted the Penn Treaty School in their headquarters city of Philadelphia.
