IntegriChain Launches Channel Research Center

Princeton, NJ – April 4, 2011 – IntegriChain, Inc., a next-generation life sciences informatics company, today opened its new operations center in Princeton.

The new facility will house IntegriChain’s customer service and engineering teams, as well as its significantly expanded Channel Research Center. The Channel Research Center, the first of its kind, is dedicated to real time monitoring of the U.S. healthcare supply chain, prescription drug inventory research, and support services for IntegriChain’s gold standard channel master data services.

The Channel Research Center will include a call center initially staffed with two dozen research professionals, and will be responsible for maintaining the channel data customer masters for ten of the fifteen largest global drug makers, as well as many mid-tier and emerging pharma companies. IntegriChain’s channel customer master service, DNA: Channel Sales, includes the integration of pharmacies, hospitals, physicians’ practices, distributors, GPOs, payers and plans to a common set of identifiers and authoritative name, address, class of trade, and affiliation information.

“Manufacturers can’t unlock their channel data’s value without robust master data management and data quality assurance,” stated Dennis O’Malley, IntegriChain’s VP of Customer Operations. “The Channel Research Center shows IntegriChain’s expanding commitment to making wholesale and specialty data ready to support commercial use.”

In conjunction with the new facility, IntegriChain’s production systems have been relocated to hardened, redundant facilities in Bethlehem and Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. The new data centers are supporting IntegriChain’s recent addition of more than two dozen manufacturers to its flagship product offering, DNA: Dynamic NextGen Analytics®, as well as IntegriChain’s continued success in meeting customer audit requirements.
