IntegriChain Announces the Successful Completion of its SOC 2 Examination


Princeton, NJ – April 3, 2012 – IntegriChain Inc., a commercial provider of cloud-based channel data and analytic applications (apps) to the pharmaceutical industry, announced today that it has successfully completed a Service Organization Controls (SOC 2) examination. The examination was performed under AT 101 standards following The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Trust Services Principles and related criteria covering security, availability, and processing integrity.

ParenteBeard, a top-ranked U.S. accounting firm and independent member of the Baker Tilly International network, performed the examination of IntegriChain’s DNA cloud.

“Over the past five years, IntegriChain has worked to develop the DNA cloud and its accompanying apps into an engine that delivers cutting-edge analytics as well as security and stability,” stated Dennis O’Malley, IntegriChain’s VP of Operations. “We are proud of the auditors’ finding, and feel that our SOC 2 Report reflects the significant progress we have made in developing DNA into the industry’s only channel analytics cloud.”

The DNA SOC 2 Report is available upon direct request to existing IntegriChain customers and to prospective customers who have entered into a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement with IntegriChain.
