Michael Allison

Mr. Allison is the founder of International Business Research, has been its chairman and CEO since 1989. Mr. Allison is a graduate of the University of East Anglia, where he earned a B.A. in Development Studies and Economics, graduating with honors.
Phillip Chan, M.D., Ph.D.
Partner, NJTC Venture Fund
Dr. Chan leads healthcare and life science investments for the NJTC Venture Fund, an $80M early stage venture capital fund focused on New Jersey and the surrounding regions. He currently sits as a board director at portfolio companies Andrew Technologies, and is a board observer at Sword Diagnostics, InstaMed, and IntraCellular Therapies. Dr. Chan received his MD and PhD in Genetics from the Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also holds a BS in cell and molecular biology from Cornell University, graduating with honors and distinction.
Thomas Gardner
Chairman of the Board, IntegriChain, Inc.
Mr. Gardner specializes in the strategic positioning of companies with particular emphasis on pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare information. Mr. Gardner is currently lead director of Exclaim, Inc. and an Advisory Board member of Accélère, Inc. Previously, Mr. Gardner was CEO of a number of companies including: Songbird Hearing (sold controlling interest to Procter & Gamble), Datamonitor (took public on the London Stock Exchange), Base Ten Systems (assets purchased by Smiths Aerospace and ABB Group), and Access Health (now McKesson Health Solutions). From 1970 to 1995, Mr. Gardner held senior marketing and general management positions at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Simon & Schuster and IMS Health. Mr. Gardner received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) and has been a guest lecturer on marketing channels at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Jim Gunton
General Partner, NJTC Venture Fund
Mr. Gunton has been investing in privately-held growth technology companies for nearly 15 years. Before co-founding in 2001 the $80 million NJTC Venture Fund, Gunton was a manager at Oracle Corporation in the Silicon Valley. He represents NJTC Venture Fund at nine portfolio companies and is a Governor of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies. Jim earned a BS from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Duke University.
Kevin Leininger
Chief Executive Officer, IntegriChain, Inc.
Mr. Leininger has spent the last 20 years building and launching software and services companies into a variety of industries including financial services, petroleum and pharmaceuticals. IntegriChain was spun out of ICG, a risk management consultancy and investigation firm, of which Mr. Leininger was president. Prior to ICG, he was a senior executive in two public companies which performed IPOs during his tenure. In addition, he has performed turnaround work for a variety of companies. He has extensive experience in building fast growth companies focused on generating tremendous stakeholder value creation. Mr. Leininger has authored six books on Unix, the Internet and Java and has spoken many times at conferences and seminars around the world. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. in International Business and Finance from the University of Chicago.
