In recent years the retail pharmacy channel has become a strategic growth driver for adult vaccination. Amanda Daniels, Senior Director of Pfizer Vaccines, works to establish and grow new sites of vaccination and create durable business for Pfizer’s vaccine portfolio. Through an interview format, Amanda will share her industry views on the value of the pharmacy channel, trends in retail vaccination programs, and the identification and measurement of retail channel program effectiveness.

4:15 – 5:00pm Benchmark Study: Pipeline Inventory Trends
Shivani Patel, Director, Advanced Analytics
Given the industry’s recent evolution towards leaner inventory management practices, there has been significant financial impact on quarterly gross-to-net reserve estimation. IntegriChain will present market analog data tracking inventory exposure at both the wholesale and retail level across several chronic and acute therapeutic markets over time. These industry trends will help manufacturers benchmark their products against changes occurring within their relevant markets. Additionally, case studies will be presented for recent LOEs (2012/2013), highlighting the actualized returns experience over time. Comparisons to older products that have gone off patent (pre 2012) will be provided to quantify the impact of leaner pipeline inventory on reserve management.

Implementing IntegriChain’s Guided Analytics Across a Commercial Organization

We will introduce a methodology that IntegriChain has developed over the past two years to design, implement, and support guided channel analytics in commercial pharma organizations.  They will discuss how IntegriChain defines a “Guided Analytic” and what distinguishes a Guided Analytic from regular reporting or data charts and graphs.  Melissa and Josh will then demonstrate how IntegriChain captures best practices in the use of channel data and embeds those practices in the analytic itself as well as IntegriChain’s methodology for on-boarding and training a customer.  Lastly, an IntegriChain customer who was recently implemented using this approach will discuss their experience and how it has accelerated their time to actionable insight and ROI.

Stopping Downstream Price Speculation

This interactive workshop will explore different order management and distribution contract techniques that could prevent price speculation from occurring by using blinded real-world examples of order withdrawal and inventory trends. We will also cover purchase stability metrics and how they work hand-in-hand with stopping price speculations.

Sunay Shah, Executive Director, Product Management, will lead this session in which you can learn more about how to capitalize on Scorecard data to maximize pay-for-performance by analyzing channel investment against performance through IntegriChain’s powerful query and reporting tools.

William Van Derveer, Director, Data Factory Operations, will lead this session. You’ll learn the best practices in evaluating the accuracy of 852 data, including best practice inventory roll forward by trade partner and the normal level of “noise” in the inventory roll forward calculations.
Track B: 867 Data Quality
In this session, Adam Moyerman, Manager, Enriched Data Offerings, and Dharmesh Desai, Director, Customer Success, will present 
real-world evidence of trends in 867 data quality including blinding, 340B reporting, and data granularity.
