Controller Position Specification

About the Position
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will partner with the CFO to run the financial & administrative functions of IntegriChain
· Specifically, this person will be responsible for all financial activities of the company, including, billing, collections, purchasing, accounts payable, vendor management, payroll, sales commissions, general ledger, month-end and year end close and reporting, managing outside accountants (for audit & tax), management of accounting systems, setting up and maintaining proper internal controls, management reporting, planning / budgeting, forecasting, analysis and ad hoc special projects.
· Contract creation, review and monitoring will be a key component of this job. Experience with complex contracts regarding revenue recognition is important.
· In addition, this individual will be responsible for coordinating certain HR functions, such as benefits processing, offer letters, employee orientation, termination, compensation changes, maintenance and ensuring compliance with employee manual.
· In addition, this individual will also be responsible for ensuring that the office premises are maintained appropriately, and ensure that all office supplies and other requirements are addressed, to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
· In addition, this individual will also act as the Chief Privacy officer of the Company, and help develop, maintain, modify and monitor these policies in accordance with internal and customer contract requirements.
Specific responsibilities will include:
· Day to day book-keeping, including billing, collections, purchasing, bill payment, processing expenses (approval and payment) in accordance with vendor arrangements in place and in accordance with IntegriChain policies.
· Efficient and timely month-end closes, analysis and reporting
· Annual Budgeting, mid-year forecasting and rolling forecasting
· Ensure proper internal controls are in place, and ensure adherence to these controls
· HR administration, benefits and payroll processing
· Other activities as directed by CFO and CEO
The successful candidate must possess:
· 7+ years experience of hands-on day to day accounting experience
· Proficient with accounting software, knowledge of QuickBooks a must
· Software revenue recognition experience
· Extremely organized and detail oriented
· A self-motivated, self starter individual with a can-do attitude who can work independently
· Ability to work in a team environment, proficient in group interaction
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and dynamic environment
· Undergraduate degree in accounting, CPA required
· Highest level of honesty and integrity
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong business acumen and customer service mentality
· Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

DNA Production – Data Analyst Position Specification

About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will be responsible for the production and quality assurance of Enriched Channel Sales and DNA deliverables to IntegriChain’s customers. The data analyst will have full responsibility for the on-going support and day to day configuration, QA/QC, and interpretation of IntegriChain’s National and Sub-National data and product offerings. The data analyst will be an integral part of the DNA production team within Operations, and will interact with Product Management, Customer’s primary contacts.
Specific responsibilities will include:
· Configuration, tuning, and QC of IntegriChain’s Enriched Channel Sales National and Sub-National deliverables.
· Communication with Customer’s primary contacts about missing data, deliverable schedule and other issues that may arise. Develop a good working relationship with the Customer.
· Work with internal teams - Product Management, Development and Engineering groups as needed.
· Work as part of a highly collaborative Operations team to support the company’s overall objectives.
· Perform data quality assurance functions as defined in the SOP document.
· Handle specific data investigations from the Customer and provide regular status updates on open issues.
