Thomas E. Gardner
Executive Chairman, IntegriChain


Mr. Gardner has served as CEO of a number of public and private companies including NUCRYST Pharmaceuticals, Songbird Hearing, Datamonitor, Base Ten Systems, and Access Health. From 1970 to 1995, Mr. Gardner held senior marketing and general management positions at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Simon & Schuster and IMS Health. Mr. Gardner holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas.

Kevin E. Leininger
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, IntegriChain


Mr. Leininger has spent the last 20 years building and launching software and services companies in the financial services, petroleum and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to co-founding IntegriChain, he was a senior executive in two companies that executed IPOs during his tenure. In addition, Mr. Leininger has completed successful turnaround assignments for several companies. Mr. Leininger has extensive experience in building fast growth companies focused on creating high stakeholder value. He has authored six books on Unix, the Internet and Java and has spoken at conferences and seminars around the world. Mr. Leininger holds a B.S. in Physics from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. in International Business and Finance from the University of Chicago.

James E. Gunton
General Partner, NJTC Venture Fund


Mr. Gunton has been investing in privately-held growth technology companies for nearly 15 years. Before co-founding the NJTC Venture Fund in 2001, Mr. Gunton was a manager at Oracle Corporation in the Silicon Valley. He represents NJTC Venture Fund at nine portfolio companies and is a Governor of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies. Mr. Gunton earned a BS from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Duke University.

Jeffrey R. Bedser
President & COO of ICG, Inc.


Mr. Bedser began his security management and investigation career in 1987, working in the financial and pharmaceutical industries with Johnson & Johnson, UJB Financial and Merck-Medco Managed Care. Mr. Bedser is the former Chairman of the Cyber Threats Taskforce for ASIS International, and is a member of the board of directors for the Joint Council for Information Age Crime (JCIAC). Now at ICG, under Mr. Bedser's leadership, the Company has led the industry response to Internet threats. ICG’s innovative approach against Internet threats has resulted in thousands of successful investigations and millions of dollars in remuneration. Mr. Bedser received his bachelor's degree from Rutgers College of Rutgers University. Mr. Bedser is a Board Certified Protection Professional (ASIS) and a Certified Computer Crime Investigator (Advanced).

John L. Cassis
Managing Partner - Cross Atlantic Partners


John L. Cassis, MBA, has served as a partner of Cross Atlantic Partners, Inc., a healthcare venture capital firm, since 1994. Previously, he led the investment team at Salomon Brothers Venture Capital; ran a private merchant bank, Tower Hall; was a managing director of Ardshiel Associates; and founded the Johnson and Johnson Development Corp. in 1973. Mr. Cassis has served on the boards of many companies and is currently a director of Medivance, Inc., Nutrition 21, Biomedical Enterprises, LifeMed Media, and Medco Health Solutions. Mr. Cassis received a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

F. Morgan Rodd

F. Morgan Rodd is currently a General Partner at Milestone Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in technology-enhanced business services, primarily in healthcare, financial services and media. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Rodd was a Co-Managing Partner of ArrowPath Venture Partners. Mr. Rodd currently sits on the boards of Collections Marketing Center, TriCipher and Xceedium. Prior to joining ArrowPath, Mr. Rodd was Vice President of New Ventures for E*TRADE Group, Inc. Previously, Mr. Rodd was vice president of business development and Chief Financial Officer of Urbanite, Inc. Mr. Rodd was also a Principal at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, serving emerging companies in the healthcare and technology industries. Mr. Rodd holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a BA in History from Wesleyan University.

Robert Chefitz
General Partner, NJTC Venture Fund


Mr. Chefitz has been in the private equity business for over 25 years. During the last seven years, Mr. Chefitz has been a General Partner with NJTC Venture Fund, leading a number of investments from software services to cleantech materials. Mr. Chefitz is currently a director at Achieve3000, Hycrete Technologies, Andrew Technologies, Redpoint Bio Corporation and RightAnswers; as well as theLadders.com, Alarm.com, and Point Blank Solutions. Previously, Mr. Chefitz was a general partner at Apax Partners where he was involved in nine funds representing over $2 billion of capital. Mr. Chefitz began his career with Golder Thoma Cressey. His knowledge of the paging, cellular telephone and funeral home industries led to several consolidations generating investments with superior returns. Mr. Chefitz has a successful track record of investing in a broad range of industries and stages including buyouts, expansion funds and venture capital.
