Brand Vigilance™ monitors brand integrity and illicit product activities including: diversion, contract compliance unauthorized chargebacks and rebates.

Brand Vigilance™utilizes IntegriChain's data enrichment service and analytics to identify, size and monitor diversion exposure.  Diversion comes in a variety of forms within the channel including:

  • Product movement from outlets that have a high discount into those with lower discounts, typically facilitated by the secondary market.
  • Product movement within contract customers that have multiple discount structures and classes of trade.
  • Product movement from organizations that have rebates provided by various government and manufacturer initiated programs.

Channel integrity risk is the result of a variety of commercial decisions and actions taken by the manufacturer in order to facilitate sales.  The impact of various discounting, rebate and chargeback mechanisms within the channel facilitate each of these types of illicit activities. 

Brand Vigilance™ tracks trade partner purchases, inventories, and sales for secondary sourcing and large sales to the secondary market.
